T.J. Ford : Stinger

If you have been watching the Raptor games lately, you will definitely know that one of our boys is out with a "stinger". A stinger can be quite painful, causing any where from sensations of pins and needles to a burning sensation down the arm or even weakness in the arm. If the injury isn't too serious then Ford can definitely benefit from the following:

Immediate after an injury, he should start dosing on two homeopathic remedies. Want to know what they are?

Arnica and Hypericum.

Dosing with arnica would help to heal the bruising and the "shock" from the injury itself. The hypericum is for the nerve pain, especially for spinal cord injuries.

This should be followed by some physical therapy with the application of Traumeel cream. Traumeel should be found in everyone's gym bag for all types of injury and even for muscle soreness. There is no odour and it is fairly non-greasy and absorbs well.

A key supplement for T.J. is some bromelain and papain pills. Taken away from meals it is an amazing natural anti-inflammatory. And he should take a vitamin B complex to help nourish the nerves.

Get better soon T.J. and hope there will be no more stingers!
